If you forgot your password, you can set up a new one. Please follow these steps:

1. Go to the login page on our homepage and click on the link Forgot password”.

2. Enter the email address associated with your Dynasty Gold account.

3. You will then receive an email from Dynasty Gold.

4. Open your email inbox and follow the instructions. The email contains a link that you can use to reset your password.

5. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find our email in your mailbox. Please note that this link will lose its validity after 4 hours.

If the system says that the combination of password and account ID and/or email address is wrong, it is. Either your login is incorrect or you have entered the password incorrectly. It is important not to copy the password from Word files or the like, because when copying, spaces are often copied at the end, which then leads to an incorrect entry. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the Forgot password link below the password input field.
